アメリカでは、「Arby's」（「アービーズ」）という、そこまでメジャーではないファストフードのチェーン店があります。
ネットなどでよくバッシングを食らうことがあり、実際にまずいかどうかは行った人にしか分かりませんが、
とりあえず「Arby's」が登場する、上記のようなフレーズが面白くてたまりませんw
（アメリカの人気アニメ「ザ・シンプソンズ」や「サウスパーク」でも、ネタにされたことがあります。）

（1）よりも（2）のほうが「腹減った感」は強いかなと思います。
両例とも英語の書籍等でも目にする表現です。
「so that 構文」を使っています。
that は省略できます。
「とても～なので…」「…なほど～」といった意味になります。

If you starving it means you are really hungry and your stomach hurts and all you can think about is food.
*I am so hungry I can eat anything right now.
This is a figurative . It doesn't mean that you can literally eat anything but it is used to express how hungry you are. It means that your body really wants to be fed.
*I am starving.

The three sentences you see provided above are terrific ways to express to your listener that you are very hungry. In the second sentence you will notice the idiom so hungry one feels like one could eat a cow. This is a common idiom we use to express that we are very hungry. In the third sentence you will notice the adjective hangry. This means that we are so hungry that we are to the point that we are angry and irritable. This is an informal adjective that is common in our everyday conversation.

to be 'famished' means that you are very/extremely hungry which can also be called 'starving'
If you are very hungry then you feel like you could eat anything to fill you up

**My tummy is so hungry its caving in - Meaning = 'caving in' means that you feel like its folding in on itself
**I'm so hungry I could eat a horse.- Meaning= another colloquial phrase which just shows how hungry you are that you feel like you could eat a WHOLE horse. haha :-)
