If we are speaking in a different language, sometimes we might say things that are okay in our own culture and language but could sound rude in another culture or language. We should always try to be careful of this.
If we are not sure if something that we said sounded rude, we could use a few expressions to ask about this such as:
1) Did that sound rude?
2) Did that sound impolite?
3) Did that sound offensive?
違う言語で話をしている時、自分自身の文化や言語では大丈夫でも、他の文化や言語では失礼な時もあります。
これは、私たちはいつも気を付けなくてはいけない事ですね。
自分が話していることが失礼かどうかわからない時は、

Being rude or impolite can be dependent on different things. Sometimes when we say something, it can come across as being rude, when it isn't, and sometimes it wasn't rude or impolite, but to the other person it might have sounded rude or impolite.
Due to different cultures and languages, we often will find that what is okay to say in one culture, might not be okay to say in another.
It is always a good question to ask if you are uncertain if what you said, sounded rude to the other person.
