"I don't have the confidence to speak in English."
"I'm not confident enough to speak in English."
I just started learning English.

I'm not comfortable speaking English but I will try.
I'm not sure of my English but I will try.
The two sentences you see provided above are terrific ways to express to your listener that you do not feel confident speaking English. In the second sentence you will see the word sure. Although this word has different meanings in this sentence it means to be confident. This is a word that is common in our everyday conversation and it would make a great addition to your vocabulary.
To bear with someone means to be patient with them as something is affecting their behaviour at that particular moment.
Eg. "I have to go shopping and drop off my children before our meeting, so please bear with me."
「To bear with someone」
I have to go shopping and drop off my children before our meeting, so please bear with me.
Please bear with my English, I'm not very confident
When you are unsure of something you use the term 'bear with me' it means that you might be a little slow or not be saying/doing something right.
To not be confident/have confidence means that you are not sure of something so to let someone know that your English might not be too good then you would say 'Please bear with my English, I'm not very confident'
'to not be confident/have confidence'は「自信がない」という意味です。
'Please bear with my English, I'm not very confident'(私の拙い英語をお許しください。
I am currently learning German and find that if you begin by politely mentioning you are still learning the language the other person will be more patient and then reply to you more slowly which is very helpful!
My confidence is low when it comes to speaking English.
I am nervous speaking English but I will give it my best.
When we say that we are going to give something our 'best' this means that we are going to do as well as we possibly can, or to the best of our ability. We can use this in many contexts. For example - "I will do my best to pick you up on time."
I will do my best to pick you up on time.
