exist が「生存する、存在する」という意味なのでそれを否定する言い方で “doesn’t exist“ と言います。

しかしこの場合は、よく使われるフレーズの

Nobody’s perfect.
完璧な人なんていない。

という言い方が自然だと思います。

There is no such thing...は 〜というものは存在しない、という意味です。

例えば:
There is no such thing as a perfect human.
(完璧な人間というものは存在しない)。

There is no such thing as a perfect marriage.
(完璧な結婚生活 というものは存在しない)。

他には doesn't exist でシンプルに「存在しない」と言うこともできます。

例えば：
The perfect human doesn't exist.
(完全な人間は存在しない)。
