「若者」は英語で young adult や youth、場合によっては teenager とも表現できます。youngster といった表現もあります。
young adult は「[若い](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/76981/)大人」が直訳で、youth は「青年・若者」の意味です。
teenager は13歳から19歳の人を指します。
【例】
More young adults voted this year than last.
「昨年よりも今年の方が多くの若者が[投票](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/57877/)した」
He was a youth of 20.
「彼は20歳の若者だった」

Young adult or young person: Someone who is not an old person.
A young adult refers to someone who is not an old person, but is reaching or in the early years of being an adult.
Teenager is not used for someone who has reached the age of twenty, but can be used to refer to anyone ages 13-19.

13歳から20歳の人のことは、'young people' あるいは 'young person'（単数形） または 'young adults' といいます。
'youth' という単語も使えます。これは、ティーンエイジャーから大人になるまでをいいます。
例えば：
'In my youth I was a great artist'

If you want to describe someone who is in their teens to about their twenties, then you could perhaps use one of the sample words above. However a more precise method may be to guess their age.
Eg "I met a young man in his late teens."
10代から20代くらいの人を表したいなら、おそらく上記の語句の一つが使えるでしょう。
しかし、その人の年齢を推測した方がより正確かもしれません。

Young adult-someone that is between the ages of 18 and 30
"She is a young adult."
A person who is in their adolescence - people who have reached adulthood
"This person has reached adolescence."
