待ち合わせの時間にギリギリで間に合う場合に「ギリギリで到着」を言いたい場合は、英語で「just barely made it in time」に相当します。「ギリギリ」はたいてい英語で「barely」か「just barely」に訳せます。
けれども、英語の慣用句をならいたいなら、もう一つの言い方を教えて行きたいです。
こちらは「in the nick of time」です。ギリギリ間に合った時に使います。
例えば：
The doctor made it in the nick of time. The patient's life was saved!
医師がギリギリ間に合いました。患者は救われた！
I was there in the nick of time.
やっと時間に間に合った。
Actually, the teacher arrived in a nick of time.
実際、先生はぎりぎり到着した。
The reinforcements arrived at the critical moment―in the nick of time.
きわどい時に援兵が来た。
He always appears just at the right moment―in the nick of time.
彼はいつも（遅からず早からず）ちょうど好い時に来る。
I will just about make it
– MEANING – you will get there on time but with only a few minutes to spare.
Just about – refers to the timing
- “we just about made the train”.
It’ll be a close call
– MEANING – close call or close shave – you almost missed the time.
This idiom is usually used when referring to a dangerous or undesirable situation, for example, “It was a close call but I grabbed the rail so I didn’t slip and fall”.
However, it can be used for normal situations where you might miss something but you didn’t.
I will just about make it
–意味 – ギリギリで間に合う。

It’ll be a close call – 意味– close call またはclose shave

This sentences will show that you will make it for the meeting. But you may not be there while people are waiting to enter the meeting room, more like you will be there as people start to sit and settle down to get the meeting started.
I will get to the meeting just in the nick of time.
I will get to the meeting at 10.00 am on the dot.
If one arrives just in time for a meeting, it means that that person is not late but has arrived at the meeting venue in time for the meeting. If one arrives just in the nick of time, again, it means that he/she/is not late but has made it in time for the meeting. If he/she gets to the meeting at 10.00 am on the dot and that was the arranged time for the meeting, then, he/she has arrived at the right time, the arranged time.
So, you may say:
I will arrive just in time for the meeting.
or
I will get to the meeting just in the nick of time.
or
I will get to the meeting at 10.00 am on the dot.
arrive just in time for a meeting というと、その人が遅かったけどミーティングの場所に時間内に到着したことを意味します。
arrive just in the nick of time と言っても、遅くはないけどギリギリでミーティングに到着したことを意味します。
He/She gets to the meeting at 10.00 am on the dot というと、午前10時にミーティングが設定されていて、その人はぴったりに到着したことを意味します。
このような言い方ができます。
I will arrive just in time for the meeting.
ミーティングの時間ちょうどに着きそうです。
I will get to the meeting just in the nick of time.
ミーティングの時間ちょうどに着きそうです。
I will get to the meeting at 10.00 am on the dot.
ミーティング始まる10：00ちょうどに着きそうです。

You won't be late for the meeting but you also won't be early, you will be there when the meeting starts.
"I will get there just in time."

待ち合わせに遅れはしないけれど、早くは着けなくて、待ち合わせの時間ちょうどに着きそうです。

If you say "just in time" it means that you will probably arrive at the moment the meeting begins. You won't be early or late but just very lucky but with no time to rest.
If you say you will get there "within minutes" this has a similar meaning. You would probably get to the meeting a few minutes before. You would have a few minutes to relax and catch your breath.
"Promptly" means "without delay". So in this case, you would not get there on time. Unfortunately, you would have to interrupt the meeting when you would arrive.
"just in time" と言うと、「ミーティングがちょうど始まる時間に到着する」という意味になります。早くもなく遅くもない、一息つく時間もないということ。
"within minutes" も同じような意味です。「ミーティングが始まる数分前には到着するだろう」。落ち着いて呼吸を整える時間が数分あるということ。
"promptly" は「遅刻しないで」という意味です。ですから、ここでは「時間に遅れる」と伝えています。残念ながら、到着したときにミーティングを止めてしまうということ。
