干渉するって英語でなんて言うの？

「干渉する」には主に二つの言い方があります。 “interfere in” と “meddle in” になります。 どちらも関係のない事柄に干渉するという意味になります。 Do not interfere in my affairs. 「私のことに干渉しないで」 She doesn’t meddle in her children’s affairs.
