確かにおっしゃる通りですねって英語でなんて言うの？

相手の言うことに納得した時。確かに、というニュアンスにフォーマルとカジュアルで表現の違いがあれば両方知りたいです。

相づちを打つように
Absolutely！（強く同感）
Exactly　（強く同感)
文にして言う場合は
You are absolutely right!

カジュアルに相づちする場合は、相手の話している途中で
Rightを入れてあげると場合によっては「理解」そして「納得」を示します。
テンション高く「そうだ！」「その通りだ！」は
Yeah!!
That's right!

'Concur' is similar to 'agree' . You could also say, informally: 'I'd go along with that' which shows you have a similar opinion.

Concurは、agreeに近い表現です。カジュアルな表現ですが、 'I'd go along with that' 自分も同じようなオピニオンを持っているなら、こういうこともできます。

In a meeting you could say that you are in agreement with the other party this is a formal way of telling them that you are on their side and you agree with what they are saying. I am with you all the way would be a casual way of telling someone that yes you agree with them.

I don't often concur with my associates but in this case ...I'm with you 100%

I concur means we agree..there is a consensus of opinion...
More casually we might simply say: " I 'm with you all the way..."
"I don't often concur with my associates but in this case ...I'm with you 100%"

「I concur」は「同意する」という意味です。...意見が一致するということ...
もっとカジュアルな言い方としては：
" I 'm with you all the way..."
〔訳〕あなたに全く賛成です...

"I don't often concur with my associates but in this case ...I'm with you 100%"
〔訳〕私はあまり仲間に賛同しないけど、この場合は...100％同感です。
