When you want to express to people to respond to your email; you may say it in the following ways:
-I would appreciate a response on the matter.
-I would appreciate a response from someone with respect to my previous email.
-Could somebody please reply to my previous email

❶Somebody please reply to this email!
❷Please reply to this email!
❸Please reply a.s.a.p!
(即 返信ください!) a.s.a.p は “ as soon as possible “ (できるだけ早く) の省略語です。
"Asap" is an acronym that we use which means "as soon as possible". We use this acronym when something is a matter of urgency. You could use this whenever else you need a response from someone or something needs to be done soon. For example: "I need to return those clothes asap!" "Response" is the word we use when we say something and someone should answer.
We use the word "convenient" when we say that something should be well fitted in someone's plans/ needs etc. In this case, we use the word to say that when they have the time to respond, they should do so quickly.
Thank you for your question, hope this helps!

Sometimes even if we want to communicate something very important, we can use email to do this. There are other ways of communicating important issues but email is still a popular one.
If we want the people we are communicating with in the email know that it is important and it needs a response, we can politely type this in the subject line or at the end of the email, highlighting it.

Sometimes when sending an email to multiple people, everyone assumes that someone else will answer so it is a good idea to either ask for responses in the original email or to send the email to a specific person (ideally the person you'd like to respond) and just copy (CC /BCC) it to the rest of the group.
However, you can send a follow-up email referring to the original and ask for responses either 'as soon as possible' (asap) or at a persons 'earliest convenience', you can usually be sure to receive several replies!
You can say something like:
Regarding my previous email, please could I have a response as soon as possible? or
In respect of my previous email, I would appreciate a response at your earliest convenience.

In English, many times, those with higher positions will use something like "ACTION REQUIRED" or "REPLY NEEDED"written in all capital letters on the subject line in the email, followed by the topic that needs answering. This will almost always get their attention, as well as marking the email as urgent and requesting a timestamp on when the email was opened.
All of these safeguards will avoid the lack of a response.
In addition, one can write the same question again, with the second idea written below: "A response is required ASAP (as soon as possible)." You can also CC the offending person's immediate boss and BCC your own boss if he or she is different so as to let your boss know that you are looking for the responses needed.

It can be a little frustrating to be ignored - although in the case of awaiting an email response, it could just be that people actually have more important things to do! However, if you wish to vent your frustration by sending out reminder emails, then that's up to you!

Using this sentence simply means that you want someone to reply to your email as soon as possible, (asap). Using please on the end of this request is important because it softens your request and it is seen as polite.
