英語で「ありがとう」と言われたら、よく使う返事は

このニュアンスは「私は普通にやりたいから大したことじゃない」
他に言えるのは
no problem
「私にとって面倒臭くない（問題ではない）から大丈夫」というニュアンスです。
もし感謝の気持ちを返したいのであればこう言います。
No, thank you for letting me take your lesson.
こちらこそ（ありがとう）というのはだいたい「no, thank you」です。
「〜してくれてありがとう」はだいたい
Thank you for ~ ing
になります。
例えば
Thank you for talking with me.
Thank you for giving me money.
などなど
この場合は、「レッスンを受けさせてくれて」ですから
Thank you for letting me take your lesson.です
〜させるは英語でなんというの？
「させる」は英語でに訳すと、二つの言い方があります。
MakeとLetです。
相手が自然にやりたいことをやらせるのであれば、
「let」を使います。日本語でいうとだいたい
〜させてくれる
〜させてあげる
で表現します。

そうでない場合、Makeです。

お礼を言われた時に、「どういたしまして」のようにmy pleasureが言われるので、You are welcomeと同一視されがちですが、
It's my pleasureは「私にしても嬉しいことですよ」という意味をもともと持っていますので、
It's my pleasure to take your lesson too.
こちらとしてもあなたのレッスンが受けられて嬉しいんです。
と返してあげるときっと相手も嬉しいです！

You can acknowledge the thank you from your teacher by saying thank you in return or, you are welcome.
Then you can offer your thanks by expressing your pleasure with the class.
