例：
This is the ranking of the most liveable cities in the world.
世界で最も住みやすい街のランキングです。
live は「[住む](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/54237/)」、-able は「[〜することができる](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/65231/)」のような意味なので、合わせて「住みやすい」のニュアンスになります。

直訳だと東京は歩きやすい。ですが、つまり東京は安全で便利という意味。

などとも言えます。
"Comfortable city" and "Easy going city"
These are phrases used to describe a city that is easy to live in, often you would say "This city is easy to live in" there is not a word nor phrase for this, you can only express that you are comfortable here or that it is 'easy going', this is used when describing something that is nice and easy, easy living and has no/not many hard times.

Example: Can you recommend a city that has a comfortable living, I would like to buy a house.
