Happy wedding! は既に先のアンカー様が助言されている通りですが、
I wish の文を使う場合は、普通、以下の二通りに分けられます。
①I wish I was taller. 「もっと背が高ければ良いのになあ」
といった、実現不可能あるいは実現困難な事に対する願望
（ex. I wish I were a bird. なんていう言葉遣いを
お聞きになったことがあるかもしれませんね）
②I wish you a happy birthday!
I wish you a Merry Christmas!
といった、表現。
※ wish ＋ 人 ＋ 〇〇 という形です。
・・・今回 yukiさんがお使いの構文は、②に当たりますので
I wish both of you have been ... と、動詞を続けるよりも
I wish both of you a great and successful life forever.
であれば、正しい語順でしっかりと気持ちを伝えられますよ。
※また今回お使いの動詞ですが、have been とすると
「（過去のある時から）今までずっと」
ex. I have been busy since yesterday.
となりますので、将来の事について言いたい状況では
will be となるのが正しい文法です。

学んだ上で、後はたくさん英語と接する中で
少しずつご自身の英語を自然なものに
