防災グッズって英語でなんて言うの？

'Rations' usually refers to food/water supplies.
'Contingency supplies' means supplies reserved for the possibility of an alternative situation.

"Emergency kit", is the most common and well understood way to describe a bunch of things that are save to be used in case of an emergency situation.

"I have a disaster bag organised and in the car, in case
we have to leave due to disaster."

When you prepare emergency supplies in a bag, some people call it a "go bag". This is because when an emergency/disaster occurs and you need to go or leave immediately, your bag is prepared.
