if it wasn't ... の wasn't は weren't にしても大丈夫です。意味は変わりません。

「今の僕」は who I am today とも言えます。

例：
I wouldn't be who I am today if it weren't for him.
彼がいなければ、今の僕もいない。

1) I would not be the person I am today without him.
「彼がいなければ、今の私はありません。」一番質問文に忠実な訳でしょう。

2) I would not be where I am today if it weren't for him.
「彼のお陰でなければ、今の私はここにいない」

"if it weren't for 〇〇, △△（否定文）. "
は、「〇〇のお陰でなければ, △△にはならなかった」という使い方をよくします　
(例) If it weren't for the renovation, the hotel would not have thrived.
（レノベーションのお陰でなければ、ホテルは成功していなかった。）

「もし彼がいなかったら、今の僕もいない。」は、

"Without him, I wouldn't be who I am today."

"I wouldn't be who I am today without him."

"I wouldn't be the person I am today without him."

などの表現を使うことが出来ます。

"would"は、"will"の過去形で「～でしょう」という可能性を表します。

どちらも、
「私は彼のおかげで今の私があります」
という意味で使えます。
