Employee/staff member - simple and keeps with formalities. These are used in all industries not only in the office. As in "I'm just an employee at an IT firm" or "I am a staff member at KFC".
Dogsbody - (Informal, note be careful who you say this to) As with any company you have the workers & the managers. A 'dogsbody' is a member of the actual workforce & generally quite physical with their work. "I'm just a dogsbody in a warehouse" or "I got a job as a general dogsbody for an accounting firm".
white-collar - Literally by the style of uniform,. Collar being the fold above one's shirt. Normally office workers do not have a standardized uniform & wear a shirts, hence the term 'white-collar'. As in "I'm a white-collar worker for the local council" alternatively is your job is manual/labour intensive it changes to blue, "I'm just a blue-collar mechanic".
