When you want to write a sign that tells people that they may not enter a certain area, then you may write:
-Entry is strictly prohibited
-No entry
-Do not enter
When you want to signal that only staff is allowed to use an entrance, then you may make a sign that reads: "Staff Only" or "Staff Only Entrance".
-Entry is strictly prohibited(立ち入り厳禁)
-No entry(立入禁止)
-Do not enter(入るな)
When saying you can't get into somehwere the simplest way is to say 'No entry' or 'Do not enter' meaning you can not go in.
If something is prohibited it means it is not allowed. Access is to gain entry or to enter somewhere so you could also say 'Access is prohibited'
立ち入り禁止の最もシンプルな言い方は、”No entry"または”Do not enter"です。
The two sentences you see provided above are terrific ways to let people know that they are not allowed to enter a certain place or area. In the second sentence you will see the noun visitor. Although this word is commonly used to describe a person visiting another country we can also use this to refer to a person visiting a location or place.
Usually it is very clear when an area is restricted. There are signs that have "Do not enter" / "No entry" / "Forbidden entrance" etc.
They also may have some picture or sign to go with the text, such as a stop sign.
"Do not enter" / "No entry" / "Forbidden entrance"
→「There is no-entry past this point」
→「There is no-access past this point」
→「access is prohibited past this point」
→「Access is prohibited so we can’t go inside」

Keep out! (If there is a wall or gate or road entrance)
Keep off! (This would be something like a garden area or something you walk on)
Trespassers Will Be Prosecuted
In the UK, a standard form of warning to people who may be thinking about entering somewhere is: 'Trespassers Will Be Prosecuted'. This warning dates back to much earlier times. 'Prosecuted' means to be taken to court.
In parks you sometimes see signs on the grass saying: 'Keep Off The Grass'.
'Keep out' is a strong message that the owner of this place or area wants no visitors.
'Beware of the dog' is another message you sometimes see to warn away visitors. Even people without dogs may use this message.
