「24時間営業してる」と説明したいときは
They are open 24 hoursといいます。
「24時間営業している[お店](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/5391/)」と言いたい場合はThey are ではなくお店の名前を+ is をいれます。そして必ずお店の名前の前には “The” をつけます。
例えば The seven eleven is open 24 hours. (セブンイレブンは24時間空いてるよ) または、
The seven eleven is open all night. ( セブンイレブンは夜中ずっと空いてるよ) と説明できます。
日本語で「お店」という言葉の意味はたくさんあるので、英語の場合はもっとはっきりと述べる必要があります。
例えば: The pharmacy([薬局](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/39050/))、 The restaurant([レストラン](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36334/)) , The mini mart(コンビニ) 〜is open 24 hours.
他には少し口語的ですが、open 24/7 といった表現もあります。
こちらは24時間、週7日営業、という意味です。
読み方は open twenty-four seven となります。
Around the clock simply means that something is open/available the whole way around the clock(24hr).
It’s a 24hr store also implies that it’s business hours are non stop

The reason we would call them this is because they are open around the clock. "Around the clock" is an expression used to described things that never shut down.

7/11 is open around the clock.
アメリカ英語では、閉まらずに営業している場所の事を "all-nighters"（24時間営業、一晩中開いている）と呼びます。

A store that is open 24 hours can be called a '24 hour store' or 'a store that is open 24/7'. 'A store that is open 24/7' actually means a store that is open for 24 hours (a full calendar day) 7 days a week (a full week). This means that the store never closes.
So, if you are very busy during the day and you can't go to the shops to buy your daily requirements, you may say to a friend:
I will go to a '24 hour store' to buy my daily requirements because I am very busy during the day.
or
Being very busy during the day prevents me from going to the shops to buy my daily requirements. However, I always go to a store that is open 24/7 and buy my daily requirements as late as midnight.
24時間営業のお店は、「24 hour store」または「a store that is open 24/7」と呼ばれます。「A store that is open 24/7」は、実際、24時間（暦日1日中）、1週間に7日間（1週間中）空いているお店のことを言います。つまり、この店は全く閉まりません。日中、忙しければ、日用品を買いにお店に行けないかもしれません。以下のように友達に言えるでしょう：
