上記のような言い方ができます。
どちらもレストランでよく聞く表現です。
他には：
・Will that be it?
「以上でよろしいでしょうか？」
・Would you like anything else?
「他にご注文ありますか？」

どの訳も直訳すると
"Anything else?" ⇛「他にご注文は？」
"Is there anything else that I can get for you?" ⇛「他になにかございますか？」
"Would you like anything else?" ⇛「他にご注文はございますか？」
カジュアルなレストランであれば、"Anything else?"のみでも問題ないかと思います。
ただカジュアル過ぎると感じるようでしたら、他のふたつなどを使ってみても良いかと思います。
You want to check that the customer's order is complete. Of course you could ask:
"Does that complete your order?"
The first two examples above are very common.
If something may be missing from the order such as drinks for example - or if you wish to suggest anything else, the third example may be appropriate.
お客さんの注文が完了したかを確認するのが目的の文章が必要です。もちろん ‘Does that complete your order?’ と聞くこともできます。
1番目と2番目の回答はとてもよく使われる表現です。もし何か足りないものがないか(例えば飲み物など)ということを聞きたい場合は3番目の回答が適しています。

また "please"を付けて丁寧にすることが出来ます。
There are a number of expressions to help you when taking an order or finishing taking an order at a restaurant.
When a diner first sits down and you give them the menu you could ask "Would you like water for the table?" "Can I get you a drink while you look at the menu?"
When you come back to the table you can ask "Are you ready to order?" "Can I take your order now?"
If they are not quite ready you could say "Would you like a little more time to look at the menu?" "Would you like me to come back in a couple of minutes?"
When you have finished taking the order you can ask them "Is there anything else I can get for you?" Or you can read the order back to them to make sure you have written everything down.

Would you like me to come back in a couple of minutes?
（もう2、3分してから、ご注文なさいますか？）
注文を取り終えた時は、下記のように聞けます：
Is there anything else I can get for you?
（他に何かございますか？）
または、注文をすべて書いたか確認するため、読み上げることもできます。
"Will that be all?" is more casual, and is appropriate to use for customers when you are working in a casual restaurant or fast food restaurant. If you are working at a higher-end restaurant, it would be more appropriate to use a formal version such as "would you like to order anything else?"
Also, using "sir" to address men, "miss" for young women, or "ma'am" for older women would be considered most polite.
For example: "Would you like to order anything else, sir?" or "Would that be all, miss?"
「Will that be all?（それで全部ですか）」の方がインフォーマルです。カジュアルなレストラン、ファーストフード店でお客さんに聞く場合に使えます。
高級なレストランなら、フォーマルに言う方がいいと思います。例えば：
"Would you like to order anything else?"
（他にご注文はありますか）
また、男性に対しては「sir」、若い女性には「miss」、大人の女性には「ma'am」を使うとすごく丁寧です。
例：
"Would you like to order anything else, sir?"（他にご注文はありますか）
または
"Would that be all, miss?"（それで全部ですか）
次のように英語で表現することができます：
Will that be all?
以上ですか？
Can I get you anything else?
他に何かご注文されますか？
これらはとてもよく聞く定番の英語フレーズです。
注文が以上の場合は：
Will that be all? → Yes.
Can I get you anything else? → No, thank you.
