色々な言い方が有りますが二つ選びました。
1. You will be fine for sure!
これは、「あなたは確かに大丈夫だよ！」という意味で、相手が困難に直面しているときや、何か挑戦的なことを試みようとしているときに使います。直訳すると「あなたは確かに問題ないだろう」となりますが、日常会話でのニュアンスは「絶対大丈夫だよ！」となります。
2. Everything is gonna be okay!
こちらのフレーズは、「全ては大丈夫になるよ」という意味で、「gonna」は「going to」の口語表現です。これは、悩んでいる友人に対して前向きな気持ちを与え、事態が好転することを強く信じさせるための表現です。
「頑張って」も色々な表現が出来ますがgoodluck!で良いと思います。それかこの場合はjust do it!=(何も考えずに)やれ！、でも良いと思います。
To show your friend that they have your full support, you can say:
Go ahead - This means take the next step.
It will work out fine - Everything will be ok.
I'm cool with it - It's OK with me.
Another way to encourage someone is to say:
Go for it!
I believe in you!

最後の文では名詞"courage"(勇気)が用いられました。これは恐れを感じることをすることができる能力のことです。この場合は彼女は好きな人に告白をすることを恐れています。
したがって次のように言うことができます:
"I know you have the courage. Just do it!" (あなたには勇気があることを知っています。ただやってみて！)
You can do it!
単に頑張ってというだけではなくて、君ならできるよ！というニュアンスが出ます！
Just do it!
とにかくまずやってみなよ！
結果を気にせず頑張って！というようなニュアンスになります。
ちなみに、
Good luck with 〜！
〜のところに告白する相手の名前をいえば、〜に告白がうまくいきますように！→頑張って！となります。
