邪魔をするって英語でなんて言うの？

「邪魔をする」はdisturb を使います。
My dog always disturbs me when I am working.
「犬が仕事の邪魔をする (ウチの犬は仕事をしてるといつも邪魔をしてくる）」
Please do not disturb me while I am working.
「仕事の邪魔をしないで」

「邪魔をする・遮る」という意味ではblockという単語も使いますね

「家で仕事する」は 'to work from home' となります。 'in, at home' ではなくて 'from home' という決まった表現です。

犬やペットがよく邪魔してしまいますね。

disturbの方が具体的に、なにか邪魔になるようなことを積極的にしてくる感じです。
botherは、仮に犬が何もしてこなくても、居るだけで気が散るという場合にも使えます。
