"Thanks for your comment!" is a nice way of thanking the person for their input.
"I appreciate your comment!" is a way of telling the other person that you are thankful and grateful that they took the time to leave a comment.
"Thank you!" is a simple way of acknowledging the person's comment and thanking them for adding the comment. I use this one a lot myself because it can be used in many different Instagram situations. :)
