一週間仕事をしてやっと週末になったという開放感を出したいです。

これもまたまずはほぼ直訳、”Weekend at last!!" （”at last" ：熟語の ”ついに”、”やっと”）という表現になりますね。
また、”at last" を省略して、テレビや漫画などで定番の 「Slang」（造語）で ”Alas!!” という表現を使って少し気取った、ユーモア込めることで嬉しいという気持ちを倍増して表す表現もこういった時ならでは使える一つの方法になることと思います。

「① TGIF!」です！
"Thank god it's Friday!" ＝「金曜日だ！めでたい！」みたいなニュアンスです。
それでも上記の言い方は今の若い人たちはあまり使わない印象ですね。イギリスにおいてきた私の仲間たちは「Friday! Bo!!!!」とかチャラっとした言い方を今頃してしょうです。。。
