2. "My best friend and I have the same sense of humor, we always end up giggling at the silliest things."（私の親友と私はユーモアのセンスが同じで、いつも馬鹿げたことで笑い合っています。）
3. "Japanese humor might differ from American humor, they may not have the same sense of humor."（日本のユーモアはアメリカのそれとは異なるかもしれません、彼らは同じユーモアのセンスを持っていないかもしれません。）

ございますので、私からは追加で紹介致します。
ずばり、「私たちは同じ物事で笑う」という表現で
ネイティブもよく使います。
※ ご参考までに
laugh は声を立てて笑う感じで、smile はにっこりとほほ笑む感じですね。
We laugh at the same things, so we feel very comfortable.
や
We laugh at the same things, so we feel we are not alone.
（独りではないと感じる）
とも言えますね。
日本語のAはBだ（ ex. 笑いのツボが同じだ）という表現を
英語にしようとすると、私たち日本人は be 動詞を使いたくなりますね。
ですが、be 動詞を使うと自然な英語にならない（ ex. Our laugh point is the same!!??)
ケースがあったり、英語自体が存在しないケースも出てきてしまいます。
そのように自信がないときは、多くの場合、今回のように be 動詞ではなく
一般動詞で表現することが可能です。
（例）
「 うどんなら香川だ 」
△Udon is Kagawa.（おそらく通じるとは思いますが）
⇒ In Kagawa, they(people) make good udon.
・・・実際は、こうした「一般動詞を使う感覚」というのは
数多く練習する中でしか身に付かない、つまり、「教わることのできないスキル」と
（個人的には）考えております。市販のテキストでも「中学英語でなんでも表現できる」
といったコンセプトのものが数多く出ていますよね。ですが、それらをいくらパラパラと
めくっていても同じです。
ただ、当コミュニティの良いところは、「笑いのツボが同じというのは、
○○○○○という英文でも大丈夫ですか？」という形式でも質問ができることです。
そうすれば、自作の英文にフィードバックが受けられるだけでなく、「be動詞を
忘れて一般動詞を使ってみる、そしてその使ってみた結果が正しいかどうか知れる」
という最高のトレーニングがつめます。最初は英語に自信を持てないかもしれませんが
私が romi さんであれば、そのように質問をしながら、このサイトの利点を最大限に

Your explanation was very detailed. You described laughing hard at the same jokes, videos, pictures, etc. Having the "sense of humour" means that you make the same types of jokes and that you find the same types of things funny, but perhaps with your explanation you have a closer compatibility and level of comfort with your friend. You can say "my friend really gets me; we have the same tastes and sense of humour."
A sense of humor is the ability to see the funny side of things. If two people have the same side of humor, it means that they laugh at the same things and find the same things funny.
It is a great situation to find yourself in when you have a friend and you actually enjoy the same things, find the same thing humorous. You may explain this by stating to anyone who is listening:
"We have a similar sense of humour."'
'Humor' is the preferred American spelling, whereas 'humour' is the preferred version at the home of the English language.
