思わずって英語でなんて言うの？

予想せず不意に、というニュアンスの「思わず」だったら、「without thinking」や「unconsciously」と言います。

両方の意味とニュアンスは一緒なのでどっちでも使っても良いと思います。

Without thinking, I laughed at the smiling baby.
思わず、微笑んでいた赤ちゃんに笑った。

I unconsciously drank some water when my friend did.
友達が水を飲んだ時、私も思わず水を飲んだ。

「思わず」はだいたい２つのニュアンスがあります。without thinkingとunconsciouslyは「考えもなく」や「無意識に」などのニュアンスです。unintentionallyはちょっと違って、「意図せずに」を表しています。

I was so happy that I started dancing without thinking.
