は「もう嫌だ！」
ほぼ直訳みたいですが、結構使えると思います。

2．は、あまり良い言葉ではないのですが、友達同士ならいいかな。
アメリカ人っぽい表現を教えてる！ってアメリカに来たばっかの純真無垢なランケンに、
悪友アメリカ人たちは、こういう表現ばっかり教えてきてたんです。
まぁ子どもっちゃこどもですよね。

辞書で「sucks」調べても意味不明かもしれませんが、
日常会話では
「もういやだ！」「最悪！」「最低！」「げーっ」
とか自分にとって居心地の悪い嫌な状況を一言で表すときに使われています。

自分で使わないにしても、
そういってる人に出くわしたら、
そんな意味があるんだということを知っておくといいかも。

他にもいろんな意味がある単語ですが、自主規制。
ビジネス上では使わないでくださいませ。
あくまでもカジュアルな内輪の仲良しの中でか、
一人部屋で叫ぶとかにしてくださいね。

I'm at the end of my rope! - This is an idiom. It means that each person has a length of rope which represents the amount of something they can handle. When you are at the end of your rope it means you cannot take anymore.

I'm done - This means - I am finished, I no longer want to continue.
I'm through - This also means that I am not doing this anymore, I'm finished.

This has to stop! - This is a complaint used for a situation or against a person.
The behavior or the action must stop, it must not continue.

You can also say:
I've had enough!
Enough is enough!

This dance routine is so boring ... I am fed up with it!

"Fed up" figuratively refers to being full up...You simply can't take in any more!
We also have many other idioms of course:
"I am at the end of my tether"..." I am sick to the teeth of this!"
Meaning ...I cannot take any more of this...I am done!

"Fed up" は比喩的にいうといっぱい詰まってしまうことです。
単純に、これ以上取り込めなくなるのです。
もちろん他にもたくさん慣用句があります。
"I am at the end of my tether"
もうお手上げです

" I am sick to the teeth of this!"
もういやです！
これ以上はいらないという意味です。

「もう耐えられない！」という意味です。
もうtake（受け取ることが）できない！というニュアンスです。

I can't do this anymore!は
「もうこれ以上できない」という意味なのでもうやりたくない時に使います。
I can't take this anymoreとの違いは、 take this の場合は受け身の時、
do thisの場合は自分が何かをするときです。

There are too many things to do today. I can't do this anymore.
今日はやることがありすぎる。もうこれ以上できない。

People are asking me too many questions. I can't take it anymore.
周りの人から質問ばかりされる。もう耐えられない。

Normally when we get tired or bored of something, then we can just quit it or stop doing it.

普通、私たちが何かに疲れたり飽きてしまったら、それをやめることができますね。

Had enough- This means your tired of a situation and want to stop.

"Had enough" は、話し手があることにうんざりしていてそれをもうやめたいと思っていることを表します。

To bore someone to tears = Extremely bored to the point of distraction, frustration, or irritation.. "I was bored to tears listening to that lecture this afternoon.."
To have more than enough of something = This is an expression that is quite specific to the context. Here it means that you don't like something You've had too much of a boring time. However, you could use this form in a totally different way..
For example, if Person A asks for help (moving something, figuring something out, etc.) and Person B offers to help Person A. Person B says, "I can go get more people to help, if you'd like." Person A can respond by saying, "Oh, no. You're more than enough." This would mean that Person B will be sufficient in completing the task because it does not require too much effort to be completed.

To bore someone to tears =気が散ったり、フラストレーション、いらいらが募るくらい暇なこと、うんざりすること
"I was bored to tears listening to that lecture this afternoon.." この午後のレクチャーをきいているのは死ぬほど暇だ。
To have more than enough of something = これは、何か嫌いなことを表したり、つまらない時間がありすぎることを言いますが、全く違う使い方もあります。例えば、Aさんが、何かを移動したり、何かわからないことに助太刀を求めたりして、Bさんは助けを提案します。そんなとき、Bさんは "I can go get more people to help, if you'd like."よかったらもっと助けになりそうな人を集めてくるよ、と言い、そして、Aさんはこう返します。, "Oh, no. You're more than enough." いやいや、君だけでも十分だよ。
この場合、Bさんだけでもこのタスクをこなすのに十分であることを意味し、そこまで手間をかけることはないという事を意味します。
