Some people say that hot springs have healing properties and so would like to dip themselves in there. Japanese Onsen are such beautiful places. A place of peace, relaxation and community. These are referred to as a 'bath house' on English.
These places of relaxation are often based around thermal or hot springs that occur naturally. Many countries around the world have these naturally occurring phenomena. For example in New Zealand there is a place called Hamner Springs which has become a vibrant 'spa town' with numerous places offering 'health and wellness' based around these 'mineral springs'. Often these are 'wellness spa' places, which will incorporate other health and fitness activities such as yoga, massage and various body treatments.
In Turkey it is referred to as a 'bath house'. Rome also had 'Roman Baths'. A community would gather to discuss the world and wash their worries away.
