欧米では「新人」の存在が日本のほど強調された概念ではないと思いますので、一つの決まる文句より複数の使える言い方があります。
new employee 又は new recruit は一番一般的に使われています。
直訳すると「新しい社員」「新しい従業員」となります。
rookie とか new face はもう少し俗語のような言い方になります。
「ルーキー」や「新人」といったイメージです。

"New employee" is someone who has just started working for a new company or started a new job.

"Little experience" Means that the person is new to working and they do not know much about the job, the reason for this may be that they might have just finished college or university.

When you normally introduce someone in a professional setting to another employee or client, the most professional way to do so is to call them a new member of the team or company. For example: I would like to introduce you to Jessica, the new member of our team.
You can also refer to someone who was recently hired as a new hire. This identifies the economic aspect of the job rather than their humanity.

A newbie is a person who is new at a job or activity.
