"Racism" is the term for prejudice or discrimination of someone who belongs to a different race. Someone who believes that their own race is more superior than another and as a result discriminates against them is a "racist."

Xenophobic - If someone is xenophobic it means they have a dislike, fear or hatred of people from other countries or different nationalities.
Racist - A racist is someone who dislikes for whatever reason someone of a different race or skin colour.
These kind of views are learnt or pushed onto people as they grow up. Human beings are not born racist.

There are all types of discrimination - such as by Age, Ability, Gender, Sexual Preference and Religious Belief. Racial discrimination is but one. These days, in the UK, any minority group is able to form a support group and lobby for equal rights and parity with any other majority group. It seems, like it or not, we must all be equal. The majority must adapt to suit the foibles of the minority. This subject is also termed 'Political Correctness'. If someone is prejudiced against another person for one of the above listed reasons, then this is said to be 'un-pc'.
