ゴキブリとか、小さくて素早く動く虫とか、気持ち悪くて嫌いなのですが。 虫とかを見て、気持ち悪い（キモい）っていうのは英語でなんて表現したらいいのですか？

驚愕ではなく、ただ虫を見て「キモい」と言うなら、「① Ewww.」をよく聞きます（特に女性）。
カタカナ音は「ゥユーー」に近いです。
他にも、「② Yuck!」があります。発音は「ヤック！」。同じキモいの意味です。
驚愕したときは「Oh my god!!」でいいですよ！

ewだと特に子供や女性、冗談っぽいときに使います。
気持ちの悪いものを見たときにSick!と英語ネイティブが叫んでいるのを見た（聞いた）ことが何度もあります。
sickは「病気の」という意味を持つことから、「吐き気がするような」というニュアンスを持つんですね。
weirdも気持ち悪いものを見聞きしたときに使うことができる単語ですが、どちらかと言えばこの世のものではないような、超自然的なものに対する不思議で気味の悪い感覚を本来は表します。
実際には、

のように現実の人や物に対しても使います。

Gross や Yuckey(Yuck)はモノや事柄について「きもい！」と言う時に使います。
それに対してCreepyは人がキモイ、アヤシイ時に使います。例えば、なんだかキモくて怪しい不審者を見かけたとき
I found a creepy guy on my way home. 「帰り道にアヤシイ（変な、きもい）男を見つけたよ。」などです。
Disgusting はこれは上の２つに比べると若干フォーマルと言いますか硬い表現で、むかつく、吐き気がするくらいキモイというニュアンスです。
The food in the cafe was disgusting.「そのカフェの食べ物は（吐き気がするくらい）気持ち悪かった。」と言う感じです。
